I just got two Strawberry Lemonades and both of them taste like they’ve sat out in the sun. I’ve gotten these plenty of times and nothings been wrong with them. They’re soured and taste horrible
Came into the restaurant and I was instantly impressed with the level of service as their Assistant General Manager was on shift and greeted my loved ones and I. He also made several recommendations as we ordered newer products they were offering for the summer. I greatly enjoyed my food and coming in. Thank you guys for the great food and hospitality. I will be back next time I travel through Hazard again.

Waited 23 minutes for some cold old food. Food was absolutely gross. I dont ever complain but this was so bad I had to warn people. Atleast on the night shift. Paid 47 dollars and waited 23 minutes is absolutely horrendous.
Freshest food compared to any of the other Arby's around this area. Service was quick and friendly.
