The food is always good, as well as the service. I would say it's the best Arby's around, and one of the best fast food places in town.
Yes I would like to say that I visit Arby's today on Rainbow Drive in Gadsden Alabama and I meant the most sweetest lady at the window Mrs Jackie she is one of the most down to earth people I have ever met lessons gives good advice it was just over the top sweet to me I mean gracious it feels good to me good people in the world and especially when they're serving and handle your food she went up over and above to help me in any way she could I know that's going to sound funny but they had a angel for me at the drive-thru so God thank you for Mrs Jackie
Easy access. Clean parking lot. Ordered at the drive-thru. Fast service, associate was polite and professional. Regular Roast Beef was hot and fresh. Medium sweet was good.
Ordered classic roast beef with added lettuce and tomato and got a beef and cheddar. They corrected the order when i pointed out the error. But really... I was the only customer in the building or drive through. Curly frys were fragments. Seems to be a bunch of kids working with no adult supervision.
This specific Arby's has always been very well run by competent Managers. It is clean, the employees are friendly and the food is good.
