Arby's

My friend brought me along because they had a BOGO reward in the app, and I was deeply impressed by the smokehouse brisket and loaded Italian sandwiches! Absolutely delicious. The brisket was wonderfully soft and tender, not dry or overdone, and the bread on both was pillowy and flavorful, reminiscent of Hawaiian rolls. I normally don't even like deli meat sandwiches, but the loaded Italian has converted me. I especially enjoyed the garlic aioli sauce. Both sandwiches are generously filled with meat. I can see why Arby's meats are regarded so well. I also tried their white cheddar mac n cheese, which was creamy with lots of cheese sauce. Not great. Super slow service, even though the place was no busy at all, no ice in the drinks, no cheese in the mozzarella sticks, and the bread in the Hawaiian Fish Deluxe was freezing, but the fish was freshly cooked (so yay I guess). Unsettling vibes in the parking lot, and I watched the Ford Explorer behind us wait even longer than we did. It took us 20 minutes to eat our buffalo sliders, fish sandwich and roast beef and cheese- the car behind us had not even received their food yet. At least the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh.

I deeply regret wasting my hard earned money here i ordered the beef and cheese sandwich i was thinking it was. Going to be steak and cheese it looked like bologna and they use the fake nacho cheese sauce instead of actual cheese it was nasty made me want to throw up out of both ends i didnt finish it i wish i went to olive garden or the habit burger instead and they want to charge 4 dollars for some low quality ice cream it was nasty and i wasted my money i will not ever set foot in Arbys again i am traumatized.

I've been eating at Arby's for 20+ years, including this location. Today was extremely disappointed with what they called a beef and cheddar. There was almost no cheese on it, could not taste it at all, and even the special sauce was sparse and on the center of about 50% of the roll. Not sure if this was a fluke but extremely poor preparation and not the quality that Arby's usually has. Pictures included.
