really clean and homestyle. people buy that starbucks crap. you would think they would be spending more time at delicious food spots like this. Punched in the ordee for the wrong sandwich they let me keep that and brought me a fresh #7 sandwich. On them. Thanks for the great service.

Had a horrible experience in the drive thru today. I ordered two classic beef and cheddar sandwiches, a large fry, and a medium drink. The menu board said the beef and cheddar sandwiches were 2 for $6.99. My total came to $19.36. I asked for a receipt and I was told they were out of receipt paper. I said that I thought I was overcharged and the employee said he could get his manager. I needed to get back to the office after waiting a while for my order, so I let it go. I will never do that again. The fries were tasteless and several were green so we couldn't eat them, and my sandwich was a mess in the wrapper. Definitely NOT worth the cost, and I still cannot figure out how my order totaled to $19.36. We were excited to get an Arby's close to our office, but we will not be returning.

The drive thru took forever. Had to lve w/out food bc of the time it took the car in front of me to receive their food. I was on lunch break and couldn't afford to wait all that time. Just seems very unorganized and hectic!

January 17 6:00 p.m. Waited forever in the Drive-Thru line even though we were the only customers. Couldn't understand server on the intercom at all. After waiting literally 15 minutes (no joke) while we were being stared at through the window we got home and had the wrong food. We specifically visited the store for the fish sandwich and received chicken. Why should I come back if I can't be assured of getting what I order. Don't like surprises like this. Thought a brand new store would start off on the right track.

Our first time at this new location was great! We used the drive thru, and the person taking my order was patient and kind. All of our food was great- Arby’s sauce is the best.
