Arby's

Went to Arby's after church for lunch. Lion wasn't too long, but the biggest issue I had was the staff. I ordered a simple sandwich, nothing else. I waited between 15 to 25 minutes for my order which I would understand if the restaurant was jam-packed. Was pretty busy however, the staff walked around slowly acting as if it was a slow Tuesday afternoon, and not a Sunday lunch rush. several other customers around me were complaining about the quality of the food and time it took to process the order. Sandwich was mediocre, as was the staff.

I’m gonna start by saying that this is not the first time if you go to Arby’s, check your food they like to dip you and you’re not getting what you’re paid for. I’ll include pictures. I got two Turkey bacon ranch sandwiches. They’re supposed to have 3.5 ounces of turkey one had 3.3 the other one had 2.3 one had a piece of cheese. The other one didn’t and one of them was missing bacon. Google Assistant I’m not very happy

I just had to share my recent experience at Arby's! Nick was an absolute star – seriously, his service was top-notch. He greeted everyone with a huge smile and was super polite, making the whole atmosphere welcoming. What really impressed me was how he handled a challenging situation. Even when a customer was yelling at him, Nick remained calm and professional, trying his best to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the general manager stepped in, and things escalated quickly with her yelling and cussing back at the customer, refusing to let Nick handle it. Despite the chaos, Nick remained respectful and sincere to the customer. It was truly remarkable to see someone maintain such composure in a stressful situation. I like Arbys because the food is really good and they have more variety than the other fast food restaurants. The service gets 100% in my book! Anyone that weighs their turkey meat and complains about a few ounces less of turkey , like below, isnt even legit. That one needs to be deleted and blocked.. just saying! Julen

Potato Cakes are back!! Do not make this a limited time item Arby's. We enjoyed a classic double roast beef sandwich and the classic chicken sandwich. Both were good. The only gig would be Arby's seems hit and miss on the roast beef sandwich buns. Potato cakes were hot and excellent, and sandwiches prepared well at this location.
