The food here is always amazing. They have a great staff and management team. Steve The bartender is very personable and he’s always attentive at his guests needs. Never leaving drinks empty and they’re always full and his accuracy with ordering a spot on. His personality is great for this business in Charlotte,MI

The O-M-Cheese Burger was so delicious, way beyond my expectations! The Berry Bash Mountain Dew was so delicious, a little on the sweet side, but I love sweet! Sam was our server and she was stellar! She told us at the end that it was only her 2nd day and we were stunned! Her service was so amazing that we had no idea! Applebee's has won me back as a customer because of this Charlotte location!

Used to go here pretty frequently. Ordered the Garlic parmesan Shrimp sirloin, and my husband the Bourbon street steak. Food came out potatoes and broccoli were fine. Both of us ordered medium rare steaks, but I started to cut into mine and it had the weirdest texture. This steak was completely grey throughout, and it was rubbery/spongey.. and definitely not medium rare. I politely told the waitress that it was overcooked and she offered to have it remade. I waited and as this happened my husband cut his and his was very well done.. but he chose to just go with it as it did not have the concerning texture mine did. My second steak came out and I cut into this one. Again completely grey through, well done and I could barely get the knife through. The waitress offered an additional remake, b

Received a gift card for here and decided to give it a try after a few years of not going due to poor food and service. It was definitely a change! We had Matt as our server and couldn't have been more happy with that! He was absolutely amazing! Food on the other hand.... AWFUL! We ordered a 12 oz steak and an 8 oz steak. Both medium rare. They were both overcooked on one side to the point we couldn't even cut it. Extremely chewy and just all around completely ruined our appetite. This has been an on going issue that I don't believe Applebee's wants to fix or they would get better cooks. Thank you Matt for doing everything you could for us and trying to help us enjoy our time! The ONLY reason we would go back is to sit in his section and have some drinks
