Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Bluffton

Hospitality was awesome. The lady that checked us in was very kind and helpful. The TV was not working at first and when we alerted her of the issue she promptly was able to fix it - no issue. Very homey atmosphere and family friendly. The rooms heat/air conditioner worked great and room was clean. A really great value.

There are few options for lodging in Bluffton, IN and this one should not be on your list. This inn charged competitive prices and was worth far less. No breakfast was advertised and none was provided. Simply said, the room was dirty, the hotel poorly staffed, and should be avoided. ||Upon arrival, the front desk is unmanned and you press a button for assistance. Eventually a person arrives and collects your credit card and provides the key. Upon opening the door to the room, all looked ok, but quickly after occupancy the problems became evident. I checked into America's best hotel in Bluffton Indiana on September 26th it is now October 8th and I just paid for another week at the hotel because my car is broke down and I have no means of transportation to get anywhere else. Upon my arrival at this hotel they charged me $100 a night plus $10 for my dog. After 4 days here they told me that I could stay for the week if I paid them $350. I did pay the $350 which paid me up until October 8th at which point I realized that my car was still not going to be ready and I was going to have to pay for an additional week. When I went to pay $350 for a second week they told me that they were actually going to be charging me $420 because they didn't charge me for my dog the previous week. The motel has become a mess, if not a health concern. It didn't used to be, as I've stayed there several times before. But it's now downright creepy. People of a sort seem to live there now. There is no one at the desk. But the worst part is that I had insect bites in the morning after sleeping there. These bites turned into cellulitis which had to be treated by my doctor with antibiotics for dangerous pain and swelling. Stay away from this place!
