American Flatbread

Justin the Chef who makes the pizzas brings his skills of New Haven pizza with him. His food is phenomenal. He has such pride and passion whens he's cooking. This is the best place to have pizza.

Great food & atmosphere, friendly staff. Our waitress, Emma, was so welcoming and helpful. Our flatbread pizza was terrific! We had a half and half with sausage and pepperoni, even two different sauces. We'll appointed restaurant with good seating. Will definitely be back!

What an amazing place this is . The pizza ( which is normal round pizza ) is shockingly good. I rate it up there with Furbish house, and many other high scoring pizza places in Maine . Definitely some of the best pizza around, great char. Crunchy chewy crust with just the right amount of juice in each bite. I’m going to become a regular and I’m hour away! Staff were all very friendly and nice to speak with.

They make their own dough, use fresh local ingredients, and cook their pizzas in a wood fired oven to perfection. They even have gluten-free pizzas and dessert. We got: 16" Vegan Pizza 1/2 regular and 1/2 with added pineapple, jalapeño slices, and vegan cheese And a 12" Vegan with added potatoes and jalapeño slices. We shared a couple of Evolution Salads: local sustainably harvested, sweet leaf lettuces with celery, carrots, toasted sesame seeds, Maine sea kelp and our house made ginger-tamari vinaigrette. And shared several Vegan and Gluten-free lemon Whoopie Pies for dessert. Our family of 6 was well fed with a delicious meal.
