Alpine Loop Outpost - ATV/OHV Rental & Restaurant

My buddy flew in from out of state to see Colorado for the first time, so we came down to Lake City to ride the alpine loop. Alpine Loop Outpost had the gear we wanted and at a fair price. We booked for 2 days, rode 150 miles, and had an absolute blast. Doug was an incredible host, the rental process was quick and easy, and his trail recommendations were top notch. The machines they rent here are well maintained and in great shape. We ate breakfast here each day as well. The service was fast, the food was great, and they are open earlier than other options in town. Thank you to everyone at the Outpost for making this trip what it was. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Staff is amazing and very polite. Cozy atmosphere with some collectibles for sale inside, get your trip keepsakes and amazing food. My go to for breakfast when I'm in the area... biscuits and gravy power train... eggs and hash browns didn't make it long enough for a pic they were so good... Hunters travelers gotta stop here and get fresh food, and the wait is not long at all for hot fresh food.

We live in Lake City and come to the Alpine Loop Outpost several times a week. It is and amazing place for friends to gather, eat and enjoy. Their food is amazing!!! Come meet Doug, Rachel and Tina. They will cook up yummy meals for you.

We ate breakfast there every morning that we were in town. Tried something different every day and it all was delicious. Owners are very friendly and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely be there the next time we make it to town.

Driving through Lake City on a Sunday and stopped to get a bite. The food was amazing and the ladies working (Raquel & Ricky) were awesome. America needs more places like this!!!!!!!! Stop here if you’re in Lake City.
