Alder Bakery & Eatery

We had such a relaxing time eating our full at Alder Bakery today. The owner, Kirsten makes everyone feel at home among friends with her heart of giving and hospitality. Chef Micky serves up Michelin 🌟 greatness with every bite. The Salted Maple Latte is to die for! That Coconut Cream Pie - OMG! I encourage you to stop in. You won't regret it.

Great atmosphere for small talk! Even has room for studying if you’re in school or a workaholic! Food was delicious. I went for the soft opening and got the breakfast sandwich with bacon, an iced chai latte, and an apple tart. None of which disappointed, and I highly recommend to anyone looking to try something new yet classic!

Just had the pleasure of attending the soft opening. Got coffee, a breakfast sandwich, and biscuits and gravy with an egg added. Everything was awesome. The mild chorizo added to the gravy was super tasty and not too spicy. The bacon was perfect. The coffee was brewed seriously well. The staff was extremely kind, and the overall energy was very positive with the physical layout helping with the vibe. Well done and congratulations to everyone there. Grateful to have this new eatery in Chester!

SO EXCITED that this amazing cafe is here!! We stopped by on a whim and ended up staying for the biscuits n gravy, French toast, and lattes (and WiFi for a little work). Amazing food, great hospitality, and overall amazing vibes. So excited to get brunch here or bring my laptop to do some work on a wfh day. 10/10!

Miguel and his team created a FANTASTIC bakery. I’m always traveling through Vermont and seldom do you get the best of both worlds (Coffee and Pastries). Hayden shakes a mean latte and the Chocolate Pop-tarts can’t be beat. They put the perfect amount of chocolate inside!
