Alchemy Restaurant

Holy. Cow. Alchemy is SO GOOD. The service was fast and our server, Jesus, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the menu, great recommendations, and he hit the perfect balance of being attentive but not annoying. The food really is incredible- portion sizes are generous and everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. We ordered the large sampler and choridam with picanha, which was more than enough for two people to share. Definitely a spot we'll return to and recommend!!

Our number one restaurant in Louisville - always perfect! Tonight we had the pork chop and it’s better than any steak I’ve had anywhere! And the macaroni and cheese is the best. And don’t miss out on the fabulous appetizers. Our favorite is the Tostones! Don’t miss a chance to come sample Nelson‘s fantastic food and the great atmosphere!

The food is delicious! We’ve tried several different items and all were wonderful. Excellent gluten free options clearly marked on the menu. So nice to have so many GF options! Everyone is friendly and the service is spot on. This quickly became one of our favorite restaurants!
