Admiral Sims' House at 98 Mill St.

Exceptional accommodations! Our room was large and comfortable with a lovely little kitchenette (microwave, fridge, sink, Keurig) and everything was squeaky clean. It was the perfect blend of modern comfort with vintage charm -- really one of the nicest places we've stayed. The owners were super helpful and friendly. The location, in a quiet and quaint neighborhood, is perfect -- a short walk to Easton Beach and the north entrance to the Cliff Walk. We look forward to another visit to Admiral Sims' House.

Very comfortable and clean apartment walking distance to the waterfront restaurants and entertainment. Parking is included on property. The owners are very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

We stayed here on a trip to Newport in the early spring. Lovely apartment with a beautiful kitchen and large, comfortable living room. Everything was super clean and well appointed. The house is located right in town--we were able to walk to everything--to breakfast and dinner and sight seeing. A nice parking area is provided and check in and check out was well organized and efficient. Would recommend and would also return for a visit.

Our four day stay, here was so much more than we had expected. The room was large, and so clean. We could not find a speck of dust, even when we went looking! The bathroom was large. We had a small kitchenette which was stocked with everything that we would need for a short stay. The beds were so comfortable. We had natural light that flooded the room. The continental breakfast was excellent in the morning. But most of all our host was so gracious, even taking our suitcases up to the second floor, and down again when our stay was over. I hope we will be able to come back again.

My husband and I stayed at the Admiral Sims House and it was perfect! The booking process was easy, Marie followed up quickly to my questions and all of the communication about location, check-in and services was top-notch. They have these processes nailed!||||The house is lovely. It is clean and the entire property is very well maintained. The breakfast areas are spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful - an egg dish, fresh fruit and homemade sweet breads and muffins.||||We stayed in the (very large and comfortable) Admiral Sims Suite. There's a large bedroom, a sitting room and a kitchen.
