7 Brew in Urbana is hands down my go-to spot. The drinks are consistently great, quick, and exactly how I order them every time. Huge shoutout to Liam, he always goes above and beyond to make sure my order is right, and he does it with an awesome attitude. Super friendly, professional, and you can tell he actually cares about the customer experience. That kind of service keeps people coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great coffee and even better service.

I love 7 brew in Urbana! The people there are so friendly and make me feel like a VIP! Lucy is by far my favorite person! She knows my order and makes sure it's made correctly! The coffee is great and I get that boost I need to go about my day. Thanks to all the baristas who show me love when I come through! You all seriously make my day with your shining personalities! Y'all are awesome!

Visited this location Friday night for the first time and was served by Kat and Khalil and it was amazing. Their customer service was on point, warm welcoming environment with great conversation, and the coffee was great too! Will definitely be returning to this location to get served by them again! Highly recommend.

Each time I visit, a different team member helps me—whether it’s Liam, Leigha,Krislyn, Maddie, Lucy, or Sophia—and every one of them provides excellent service. They are always friendly, professional, and make the experience great. The consistency from the whole team is a big reason customers keep coming back.

Normally I never have issues with 7brew, however this time 4 cars that pulled from behind me in line moved to the lane over and had their orders taken before mine. I had been waiting an additional 5 minutes or so already and still had to continue waiting to order even after the other cars were dealt with
