My wife, Anne, and I loved our just-concluded two night stay. The room was large and clean and the bed was so comfortable. The hosts, Carol and Linda, treated us royally. Breakfast was fantastic both mornings - different each time, but both very well done with variety and plenty of food. The location is great - at the entrance to a classic Chesapeake shore town and ferry port (for Tangier). So relaxing.

Onancock is such a beautiful and historic town.We have family in the area and wanted to stay close. It was our first experience at a B&B and I feel we picked the perfect place. It is everything you think of when you picture a B&B, right up to the gazebo in the backyard. There were 6 rooms choices available, and each of them is beautifully decorated. Fabulous pieces of antique furniture throughout the house along with the most beautiful artwork on practically every wall, all created by the owner, and not for sale, but hung for our viewing pleasure.||We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast served in the dining room and did not leave the table hungry. My wife and I just spent a tranquil three-night stay at the 1882 Colonial Manor Inn. Both the inn and hosts were exactly as we remembered from our first visit in either 2012 or 2013. As the other reviews state, the breakfasts are wonderful and filled with conversation from the hosts and guests, all seated around a mammoth dining table, with plenty of elbow space even when filled. The old house has its quirks, but what place doesn't from that era, and they are interesting. Speaking of interesting, the mother-and-daughter hosts are very, with lots of stories and anecdotes, both historical about the town and region, but also from their own life experiences. |||| The town of Onancock is small and charming and the restaurants and antique shops are as well. One antique venue is owned b

The hosts are wonderful! It's obvious they love what the do. We felt very welcome. The beds are very comfortable. Delicious breakfasts. Only thumbs down... our room could have been cleaner. Cobwebs, toothpaste on mirror and the glass in our room was obviously used. I would stay again, only because the hosts are so accommodating.

This Bed and Breakfast is a great place to stay. The rooms are great and the owners are wonderful. The breakfast is all homemade up to and including muffins. The location is on the main street of the town and is convenient to other areas and attractions in the near by locations.||This was my second visit and I love this place. I will be going back to spend some more time in the area.||If you are in the area or wish a quiet getaway, I highly recommend that you try staying her.
