The Blarney Stone Pub

Doing a road trip down rt13 on our way to NC. The car started getting hungry so this was what we found on Google. Staff was welcoming and friendly, service was prompt and professional. Atmosphere was comfortable and fun. Food………it’s “pub” food. Don’t expect a 5 star dining, but if you’re hungry……..it’ll do.

My husband and I took a drive and ended up in this small, cute town. We ordered a late lunch from this pub and it was delicious. We loved the atmosphere and the service was great as well. My husband and I shared the corned beef egg rolls and I ordered soup and salad. Delicious!!

Great pub with lots of seating in Onancock. The bangers and mash banged and mashed. Service was excellent, although there weren’t many people there at 4:30 on a Tuesday. This would be a great place to come sit at a bar and have a pint.

Great restaurant with great service. I came in for lunch with a party of 6 and was seated right away. For starters we got bacon cheese waffle fries and lemon pepper wings. The fries were really good and the wings were awesome. The seasoning was perfect and not too strong and the ranch was a great dipping side. The beer pretzels were some of the best I've ever had- they were so soft and warm and the beer cheese was delicious! Everyone really enjoyed their entrees which consisted of the crispy chicken wraps, burgers, and potato leek soup. If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely make another stop!

The Blarney Stone was a unique and delightful local restaurant. My wife and I were looking for something simple and fun while on vacation and this was definitely it. The food was good and they had some unique specials. Beer selection was also great. There was some live music that we enjoyed and the service was tremendous. The pub itself was unique in both design and decor. I would recommend visiting if you're in the area.
