This hot, fresh, made to order lunch was the best local lunch I’ve had in a while! The atmosphere and music was a VIBE! The cabbage was so flavorful, chicken seasoned and fried to perfection! Stewed chicken was tender over a beautiful bed of rice! 10/10 highly recommend!

The vibe is so eclectic. The food and service were amazing! The owner and his mother were so accommodating, informative and it felt like we were just having lunch with friends. Will definitely return time and time again!

I really wanted to like this place. But here is why I rated it three stars. There needs to be more staff. My wife and I got there after the opening at 9, but they still weren't ready for customers. When we walked in we didn't see any staff and had to walk back to the kitchen to find anyone. There is only one person who works there who has to cook and wait on customers so service isn't fast. Especially if she is cooking in the back when you walk in. The food was okay wasn't cooked to my liking, but I'm kind of picky and I didn't tell her how I wanted it cooked so that is on me. The ambiance is great though. I love the look and feel of the restaurant. A cool place to take a date if you aren't in a hurry and want a nice place to talk.

We tried the breakfast buffet and it was so good! The service from Ms. Anita and her son was the best. They definitely make you feel welcome and at home. We even received a little history lesson while here. Great place and we will be back!
