1230 Ocean Bistro

Relaxing, awesome 360° view of Ocean and Coast Guard Light. Food a bit above average, would have liked to see salad or vegetable offered with Pasta meals. Service excellent!

Super nice staff, yummy food, on a deck by the sea. What more can you ask for? Well, for me, I could ask for a vegetarian entre. I chose this restaurant based on an old menu that showed eggplant parmesan. But that was last year’s menu. This year there are none. BUT the cook whipped up pasta primavera for me on request. We had fried pickles, coconut shrimp, beet and arugula salad, the pasta primavera, and a couple of cocktails. All were nicely prepared and delicious. I’ll add photos of the updated menu.

Delicious Italian eggplant parm sandwich. Came with homemade chips. Waterfront view. Enjoyable atmosphere

Wanted to try a different place. Found this one. Well, my mudslide was like water. I sent it back. Tried a margarita. Think they forgot the tequila! My crab cakes were pretty good. My friend ordered a chicken sandwich. The chicken was burnt. She asked for mayo. I laughed when I saw the check and they charged $0.75 for the mayonnaise! The two stars are for the beautiful view. Won't be back that's for sure

Outstanding location and food. The BonVue isn’t too bad below either !! Absolute go to. Get the fish sandwich.
