This place has become one of my absolute favorite spots, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The beef noodle soup is outstanding — the broth is rich, clean, and deeply flavorful, and you can really taste the care that goes into it. The beef is incredibly tender, and knowing that the soup is made by the owner from scratch makes it even better. My husband is from Guangdong and is pretty picky about food, and even he says this is very authentic. Their sugarcane juice is also excellent — fresh, naturally sweet, and so refreshing. I’ve also tried the cheese fried chicken cutlet here, and it’s hands down the best chicken cutlet I’ve ever had. No exaggeration.
