Edited: We’ve now tried these bagels for several months, different times of day, different days of the week and I’m so sad to report that these are basically super market bagels. They’re bagels, but not Uber Bagels. Meh. We have been visiting the other locations for years, as we are serious about our bagels. We’ve been waiting with bated breath for this one to open and, while good, they are still working on it. They have a new staff, new equipment, possibly new suppliers. Pros: great new space with added outside seating, friendly staff, quality ingredients. Good balance of flavors and seasonings on the outside of bagel to bagel size. Con: The bagels are a little dense, a little too much crumb. A bagel should have a crisp outside and chewy inside. Their other locations have this down pat

Little surprised by other reviews. We’ve been here several times the bagels are always good and service is fine. Tried a bacon egg cheese sandwich in everything wheat bagel this morning and it was delicious. Lots of egg, good crisp bacon and bagel was delicious. Would definitely recommend and will continue to go back. Better than other bagels we’ve tried in Columbia.

This place is a solid stop for a New York style bagel and good coffee. Especially like their cold brew and syrup options. My only complaint is the lack of everything bagel seasoning on the everything bagels. I go multiple times a month and am always craving more everything seasoning

It’s literally only three minutes from my home. The menu is packed with delicious bagel options 🥯😋. I ordered a blueberry bagel with eggs, bacon, and Asiago cheese 🧀—it was incredibly good and very filling.
