Zumi Modern Sushi

So grateful this place is here for us. We really needed it. The food is very good. Good quality, fresh & flavorful. Already been here a few times & I can already tell it’s one of my favorite places in Southlake - probably the best Sushi here. The smoked old fashioned is good & the presentation is great. Since they are very new - I’m cutting them some slacks & will update my review in a few months as they’re still adjusting & figuring it all out. The restaurant industry is a tough one to be in - especially having to maintain high quality, high standards & freshness. Both chefs are friendly & qualified. Want to try an Omakase next time. Clean, good ambiance, excellent quality and taste but over everything the service was superb. It’s all in the details and their lunch did not disappoint even though it’s considered the lunch special. They have imported fish that tasted very fresh. The portion was more than enough and they do different brushings for added flavor on their sashimi 😍. The price for what I had was great as very fair. Note- Tip well, they deserve it!

Man! Let me tell ya! Some of the BEST sushi IN ALL OF TEXAS. Perfect texture, presentation on point, ambience keeps you intrigued. Can't say enough about this gem. Glad we came in and tried it out. Absolutely fantastic- do not miss!

Beautiful restaurant with a calm and intimate atmosphere. The lighting and design feel modern and elegant without being overwhelming, making it perfect for a relaxed but special night out. The food was excellent. Everything tasted fresh and was beautifully presented, especially the nigiri and sashimi which were clean, delicate, and well balanced. The small plates and cocktails were thoughtful and flavorful without overpowering the ingredients. Overall a great dining experience with high quality food and a refined, welcoming vibe. I would definitely come back.

Loved the vibe at this newly opened sushi spot! Went out with my girls and had an amazing time. The food was delicious - my favorites were chutoro, seabass miso and matcha cake. Shoutout to our waitress Megan, who was fantastic and made sure our hot sake was never empty :)
