Zeko's Village Italian Restaurant Denver NC

We had been meaning to stop by Zeko's for a while, and we finally did. When we walked in the door, we did not step into a fancy restaurant. Instead, it turned out to be one of those places that speaks through the food. The onion rings were tasty and tender. We also had garlic knots and joked that we could have sat there and filled up on yummy appetizers. The stromboli was delicious. The chicken parm sub was enjoyed. Really, everything that we ordered was a treat for the taste buds. For a casual, laid back, road side eatery, Zeko's was a hit. We will return.

Ordered through DD but apparently I'm one day late in complaining so Im not able to get a refund but I'm highly disappointed. Ordered this for my birthday dinner only to have the entire left half of my Stromboli completely empty. I've had their pizza before and thought it was good. Will not try again. It was also almost $30 which is already ridiculous.

We visited on the advice of a friend. They had a glitch with their app ordering so we had to wait for our order but I did not mark them down for that. I do think since we had to wait 20 minutes they should have at least given us a coupon or something for some money off next time! We bought $140 worth of stuff. Pizza, Stromboli's, Calzones, and sides. The PLUS side - pizza, strombolis, eggplant sub & calzones are great! The sauce is BOMB. The sides we had are ok, they are a bit over $$. The fry baskets are a normal side & the sampler is not enough for than maybe 3 people to try. Personally, I believe the grease isn't changed in the fryers as it should be. We had 7 people eating, some were fans some not. The vegetable add ons are WAAY OVERPRICED! $2.75 for onion or green pepper? Nah!! O

Stopped in with my Fiancé to try it out since I live nearby and I was not disappointed. Definitely the best Italian restaurant around. We started with the bread sticks with cheese and all I have to say is that I will have to come back for a pizza later cause that dough is delicious. For the entree I got the tour of Italy which comes with a chicken Parm, Alfredo, and lasagna an amazing portion for the price. My fiancé however got the Chicken La Mus's which they said was very flavorful and they could barley finish it. We decided we couldn't leave without dessert so we split a baklava which was absolutely delicious and the perfect amount of sweet and savory. We checked out Zeko's tonight. The place was hopping - so many people come through there, most for take out, a couple for dine in. The dine in area was small but sufficient. The waitress was amazing! She took great care of us and everyone there, racing from one to the next to the next. The food was great! We got the cheesesticks, lemon pepper wings, premo sub or something like that, chicken stromboli, and a personal pizza. The wings are ridiculous! There was so much chicken and good, quality chicken in the stromboli! The sausage that we got on the personal pizza isn't what my kids are used too, but they tore it up anyway!
