Great service. We stopped for lunch on Saturday and the lady Deborah was extremely nice, was patient with us since we do not ordrer from Zaxby's often. Food was good and atmosphere relaxing
I had lunch at the Zaxby’s on St.Simons yesterday at noon and found a cigarette butt halfway through eating my meal, ignoring the fact that is completely and utterly disgusting but is also breaking several health code violations. And on top of this specific event, I've had constant attitudes from employees at this restaurant. And the only reason I didn't demand a refund yesterday was that I was halfway back to my job when I discovered this blatant disregard of the health and well-being of me as a customer.
Drive through service was quick and courteous. Food was hot and fresh. Keep up the good work. Please and Thank you.
The environment is welcoming and staff are always friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here.
Ordered through Doordash. Fries were soggy, bun was burnt and I ordered Zax sauce and it was left out. I won't be ordering from them again.
