Our local library on St Simons Island is truly a special place, and a huge part of that is because of Kristen and Jim. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with genuine warmth, kindness, and a willingness to help that goes far beyond what you’d expect. Kristen has an incredible gift for making everyone feel welcome — whether you’re a longtime patron or visiting for the first time, she takes the time to listen, offer thoughtful recommendations, and make sure you leave with exactly what you need. Super pretty place to visit, I went here for a wedding and I enjoyed a lot the indoor and outdoor areas, super good all my experience here!

Beautiful grounds in a scenic beachside location! Many shops, restaurants and small hotels nearby and within walkking and biking distance. The old Oak trees are simply majestic..This is a definite photo opportunity must! Not many places left with trees like this..you will be glad you made the visit. Tour buses do come through at times. Ample auto parking is available.

Beautiful! One of the nicest libraries I have ever been too- surrounding area is absolutely stunning and I love the bricks with all the soldiers info on it!!!

The library is very clean and even has a few rocking chairs outside with an amazing view to read your books. This is my favorite spot to watch the tourist and read. It’s right at the memorial soldiers walk also. Mac Miller has brick here also. St Simons is known for their recovery centers.
