Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Cobb salad is good as usual but what made this stop spectacular was the service from Tina. She met every customer with an enthusiastic hello and was super nice while ordering. Exceptional customer service….very rare.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Zaxby’s never disappoints! The chicken is always hot, crispy, and full of flavor, and the Zax Sauce is unbeatable. The portions are generous, the fries are seasoned perfectly, and the food comes out fast even when it’s busy. The staff is friendly and keeps the place clean. Easily one of my go-to spots for a solid, satisfying meal. Highly recommend! Want it shorter, funnier, or more casual? 😄

Stopped in yesterday with my wife and kids, went inside to sit down as a family. Ordered and waited around 15-20 minutes with people still coming in to order. Noticed 3 cars from drive through sitting waiting on their food also. Eventually went up to ask about my order and noticed it sitting in the “ready window”. The only person working the counter was taking orders of new customers steady walking in, rather than getting the completed orders out. There also was a couple there prior to me that told me they had been waiting a little over 30 min on their order…it also was sitting in the ready window along with mine. Got my order and had to ask for sauce for my salad, ended up taking everything to go and didn’t notice until we left that we never received a fork for the salad. Completely und

I should have just turned around when I walked up and saw the massive no firearms sign on the door but against by better judgement, I did not. They then proceeded to charge me an additional $.75 for sauce after I just spent $30. I will not be visiting this location again in the future.

Brought my basketball team here after a game 30 minutes before closing time. This was the most hospitable, friendly, and professional staff of any restaurant we have been to in years. Kudos to the entire staff it was an amazing visit.
