Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I use to love coming to Zaxbys but lately the food at this location isn’t great. My box came damp and everything inside was soggy and seemed to be sitting out for a while, I Also barely had any fries. I just miss when they actually cared about the presentation and quality of the food there customers are eating lately it’s a waste of my money and gas do better for your customers.

We ordered food from there today and this this is the third time in a row where their food is extremely dried out and not edible Even when you tell them before you order it what happened? They assure you that you will get fresh food and you still do not I blame that on management. When you call to complain, they said there's nothing they can do you have to go to Zaxby'slistens And do a survey in hopes that they will send you a refund for the food you could not eat. Even when I called to complain, the manager told me to do the survey, but she did not even tell me I had to have a special code so I had to call back to try to get a special code from her. I'm going to stop wasting my time thinking I'm going to get food unless I have enough time to stop and open it and check every little thing b

Horrible customer service ! I ordered the family meal which is 20 chicken tenders. 1st time 2 tenders missing not a big deal. The next time 5 tenders are missing. Called the manager he said he would compt it. Great never got the Compt card and they wouldnt honor it without the card. Ordered again and they shorted me again. I went in and told them. The 2 ladies at the drive thru window made smart remarks oh someone counted. Yes I counted. I ordered and want what I ordered. Spending up to $50 for the employees to be rude and disrespectful is not ok.

Very disappointed with my experience. The app only gave me the option for a location that was already closed, but it still let me place the order. When I realized the issue, I called the store to try to get help canceling it. Instead of trying to help or explain anything, the manager just hung up on me. Customer service like that is unacceptable. Mistakes with apps happen, but hanging up on customers instead of helping resolve the problem is not how you treat people.

Had a hard time ordering at Drive-through A little confusion with the substitution of Zack sauce for ranches Not an issue was Got up to the window I paid and the lady handed my food out to me and then I sat there. The lady then looked out at me. She said with attitude, are you waiting on something? I said yes, my drinks, she spun around and started grabbing the drinks and Handed them out to me with attitude like I was bothering her at that moment. I looked over at my son and said can you check to see if we got our sauces? He confirmed my suspicion we didn’t so I sat there and waited for her to look back at me and she said again what else you want Are you still waiting for something? I’m like yeah, my sauces. She grabbed a whole bunch of sauces and just throw them in the bag and practically
