⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We found a new hidden gem in Mulberry — Depot 303 and Fat Maggie’s — and it did not disappoint! If you love The Joinery, you will absolutely love this place. The atmosphere and concept are very similar, and we were told it’s owned by the same people, which makes perfect sense. It has that same modern, open food hall feel with several great restaurant options to choose from all in one spot. We ate at Fat Maggie’s, and the smash burgers were absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and easily some of the best burgers we’ve had in the area. The space itself is beautiful, clean, and family-friendly, and it’s great that everyone can pick something different depending on what they’re in the mood for. We will definitely be back and highly recommend checking it out if you

The burgers at Fat Maggie's are 100% awesome! There are many good food vendors in Depot 303 but Im partial to Fat Maggie's. The burgers are cooked well, like an old diner where its just all decadent with toppings and fries, etc. Try them soon, you'll be glad you did.

I had a very good experience here today. Food and drink that we ordered were delicious! We had the spicy porchetta sandwich (🔥🔥🔥🤘🤘🤘SUPER GOOD, and the pork and cabbage dumplings delicious and Very spiced up! The space is modern and clean. I was a little confused out front because of the lack of signage. After reading some of the negative reviews about the cost of things here, maybe some people need to rethink the way they eat. This is NOT FAST FOOD! This is crafted food from quality chefs. You have to pay for better ingredients period! If you're trying to spend less eating out, go to a casual dining chain restaurant that has buying power with national vendors and you'll be much happier eating a large plate of garbage that's straight out of the microwave for $10! I discovered this place yesterday, and perhaps it was the time we went—there were only a few people there. The place is very beautiful and comfortable; I loved the decor, the people were very friendly, and there was a variety of food to choose from. I would love to return soon. I do love the desert place called layers and also the Philippine restaurant was delicious

Nicole at the bar always makes great drinks, Fat Maggie's food was amazing the daily special the buffalo chicken mozzarella stick is one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth. My wife and I have eaten all over this country and internationally at Sunbury upscale restaurant and this is amazing.
