Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered too many things for a group of 5. Didn’t like anything. Sorry! Will not visit again. McD, CF etc are much better and tasty. Spent $70.

The smallest chicken fingers I think I’ve had from a Zaxbys. Under-portioned fried pickles as well. Mobile order was ready within 10 minutes.

Me and my friends come here every SINGLE week. The workers are nothing but rude to us and they are very judgmental every time I ask for extra sauce they look at me like I am very fat. The workers are quite judgmental and every time me and my group of friends walk into Zaxby’s they look at us and then they whisper and laugh and point. The manager, Andy is also quite rude too. When I wanted help with the Zaxby’s app, he did not help instead he just looked at me and told me to figure it out. February 5, 2025 I heard Andy talking to one of his new coworkers saying watch out for these girls they come every Wednesday they are fat. he is quite rude and he makes me feel uncomfortable eating here. Probably one of the worst zaxabys I’ve been too. I’ve been working on milton for years. Eating at zaxabys for even longer. Everytime I come to this store the chicken fingers breading is falling off. Wayyyyyy too light breading. I can tell whoever is making the fingers is not leaving the food down long enough or not putting the flour on the chicken properly. I use to work at zaxabys in snellville before it closed years ago. So I know how the chicken should look. The stores near exit 10 RARELY have this problem. Would not recommend. I wish I could give a zero. The first picture is the zaxabys on exit 10 vs the second picture which is the food I got that day. As you can see the difference is night and day.

This location should be more closely observed based on all the recent 1 star reviews. Food was ordered and entirely oversalted, I don't think we have ever had a Nasty Zax experience until now. We called about it and was given the run around for a refund and was offered less then what we paid.
