Smoke On The Farm

Excellent overall experience - great food, super nice people and excellent service. This is small local business at its finest - limited menu done right plus daily specials to keep it interesting. Our food came out quickly and our server came back multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Everything I tasted was good but what was outstanding was the pulled pork, brisket, pickles, coleslaw and jalapeño cornbread. The baby back ribs were heavily sauced (not my favorite prep) but they were tasty and tender - everyone enjoyed them. I tried the wings and they were good but a little too “rub forward” for me - but you should try them. The Mac & Cheese was good but dry - which is par for the course when you bake it. I’ve been to lots of BBQ places in my day. I would call this elevated bbq. You can get traditional but they also have several elevated items, namely some of the sandwiches and specials. Went for lunch. It was pretty full but there was plenty of seats at the bar. Service was outstanding! I will definitely go back. I’d actually go watch a game at their bar.

Wow, just wow. This is one of those reviews that could be as long as a novel or as short as a headline as for there’s really not enough words in the English language to properly describe how amazing the food and service is here. Put it this way, I’ve been struggling to decide to describe the turkey first or the sourdough bread of the sandwich I ate. And that is not a knock against how amazing the turkey is. Hands down best smoked turkey and smoked wings I’ve ever eaten in my life. There I said it. It’s an odd angle but I judge BBQ spots on their ability to properly smoke turkey and chicken wings for many reasons I will not go into in this review. But just trust me, you can tell a lot about a BBQ place based on their Smoked Turkey and wings. I digress, just go here and discover for yourself

Food was 5/5, service was 2.5/5 I saw some tables around us get really great service. We didn’t have that happen. We did receive a percentage off our bill. I didn’t need or request- I still would have paid full price. The food was delicious. I hope you have a better experience.

Amazing patio and great service and drinks. Food tasted like the best BBQ that you took home and heated up a few days later for lunch. Maybe we got unlucky between smokes? Great chicken fingers but the smoked wings and ribs were cool and over smoked. Sides were not great. Mac and cheese was dry. Likely not returning and we are local so disappointed.
