​To Zaxby’s Guest Services, ​I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding a recent experience at your location in lakeland florida 2/20/2026. As a loyal customer who frequents this establishment weekly, I was appalled by both the quality of the food and the dismissive attitude of the General Manager, Shawn. ​I spent $40 on an order that was sub-standard in several ways: ​Wings: Ordered dipped in Torch sauce; received completely dry/naked. ​Cheese Bites: Received 10 pieces that were cold to the touch. ​Shrimp: Served old, shriveled, and clearly past its hold time. ​When I presented photo evidence to the General Manager, Shawn, I did not ask for a refund or free items; I simply wanted the order corrected. I have always enjoyed a pleasant visit. The atmosphere is very nice and the team is friendly. With each interaction, the team take the time to make sure my order is processed correctly.

What the hell is this 11.00 dollars for a piece nugget literally, the size of a chicken nugget this is called the big Zack. It should be called. Extremely small Zack they’re not even chicken tenders for $11. I could’ve went to Popeyes or KFC and got a big meal. Goodbye Zaxby’s.

I didn’t know that I ordered off “the kids menu” when I asked for chicken tenders. Chicken sizes unbelievably small, I got more french fries than I did chicken and the fries were warm and somehow stale!!! Honestly… not worth the $27. It’s sad how small family’s can’t even afford a decent meal without having quality control issues or portion issues nowadays even though all the meat is coming from the same corporate companies. Honestly, Chick-fil-A does better than this, but even thenI’d rather go to McDonald’s and get the new “snack wrap” Everyone is talking about for five bucks If I knew I was gonna spend $27 on this bull crap

Zaxby's suck, I think they were getting worse than the McDonald's. The food was not difficult to consume, and I was unable to locate any silverware or napkins.
