I visit here whenever I’m back home in Lakeland, maybe every 3-6 months. I appreciate that Bomb Nutrition provides shakes that are full of nutrients and not just straight sugar. Also, today when I went to order, the person working the counter remembered that I order my (brownie batter) shake gluten free, despite not having visited for maybe 6 months or so now. Great customer service!

Glad I came into the Sweet hidden gem! Passing through town and needed a protein shake, and was very pleased with their customer service and this shake is very delicious! How much?

Loved the customer service and atmosphere. However I would not come back simply because the ingredients of these teas and protein shakes are NOT healthy. The protein powders have canola oil and bioengineered ingredients. And the teas are simply water mixed with various color powders. Also the waffles and muffins are made from the protein powders.

The Brownie Batter shake is ridiculously amazing i’m hooked i am so glad i found this place you definitely have a repeat customer i have played football all my life in new england i have tasted plenty of shakes and meal replacements and team foods but this place definitely has my attention it’s my new go to after my workout 🏋️‍♀️

Protein coffee is delicious! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices are fair and the portion is massive. Definitely could’ve shared my coffee if I wanted too lol
