Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Thumb sized chicken wings. I travel the country and this has been common the last few years at most Zaxby's locations...especially in Jefferson. They are supposed to be a premium chicken place (at least based on the high prices) but the value is definitely off. The wings are so small it affects the quality and taste...once fried, they're like eating crunchy crumbs. Do better Zaxby's... before you start to lose your remaining customers (who can barely afford your prices).

I come here for lunch time to time since I work in the area, everyday is something different, one day they’re putting a big ole fat glob of ranch on her quesadilla even after asking for light ranch on it, this happened multiple times and then today I ask for a strawberry lemonade which they give me a regular lemonade so I ask them to remake it and when I finally get my quesadilla after 5+ mins, the nasty receipt that the cashier was touching was on top of my food, I like zaxbys but this location is bringing a bad rep to the Zaxbys name

I’m always dissatisfied with my food everytime I come here for lunch. The fries are either over seasoned, under seasoned, or just burnt and unappetizing. If I get nibblerz, they never have enough sauce on the tenders or the bread is burnt.

Ordered the signature sandwich with hot honey mustard and got a tender on a bun with honey mustard on it. Drink was wrong and fries were cold. Only thing right were the two extra sauces I added to the order.

Wife orders me a wings and things traditional plate with tongue tourch sauce to bring home for my supper. She was obviously mis understood because when I opened the box it was nuggets and things with no sauce what so ever..... Boneless wings are not my thing. You pay a premium price to get Medicare service as always disappointing place!!!
