The Fork and Spoon

The food was amazing I got the Cuban sandwich and my wife got the Philly. We didn't realize there is no indoor seating but we live close, so no big deal. Nice staff and waited only about 5-10 min, there was alot of people in and out in that time frame. There is even take home and cook meals for the family if interested.

Just what Jefferson needed - healthy options!!! Delish! 4/3 update. Tried two more dishes! EVERYTHING is YUMMY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 11/7/25 - My experience keeps going down hill. I stopped going my usual 3 or more times per week. Sometimes the sauces are left off and even one time, I had to go back and get the chicken that was left off. This evening, my chicken tacos were very scant. 2 or 3 pieces of this and that with some chicken. And my rice came from a container that the lid was left off of, apparently, as parts of the rice was really air-dried, hard and stuck together in like little slabs and un-edible. I'm still hungry. I hated to say anything, but management should know. It can't be just my experience since it seems to happen so often. Sorry and thanks. I hope you can fix these issues

I work local to the area and have always heard good things about the Fork and Spoon. I decided to place an online order for lunch, I purchased a chicken salad wrap with watermelon, spicy vegetable bisque, and a soft drink. My order was ready within minutes and the staff was friendly. I was excited to try the food, the taste of the sandwich and bisque far surpassed how delicious I thought my meal would be. Frankly, I wished I had purchased more. The food is out of this world good! 10/10 😋

Interesting take on a Cuban sandwich. It works, but barely. I mean if you wanted pulled pork on a ham and Swiss...then just do that I suggest. Like I said it works, but only if you embrace the concept. If you want a traditional Cuban and that's what your looking for, then skip this. The pork is smoked well, seasoned well and good. Just a little over the top flavor wise for a Cuban. The star of this meal were the sides. The Black beans and the Mac and Cheese were both excellent. The black beans were seasoned perfectly and extremely flavorful.

We didn’t know much about dining in Jefferson. My wife and I took a chance on The Fork and Spoon for lunch. It was amazing. The staff was very friendly, the outside dining area was perfect for us as the weather was perfect. If we’re ever in Jefferson again we will be back.
