The biscuits here are the standout, they are big, fresh, and flavorful, especially the bacon, egg, and cheese. Portion sizes feel generous for what you pay, and it’s clear the food isn’t mass-produced, it’s made right that morning. Lots of locals swear by the chicken and gravy plate too, and from the buzz in line it’s easy to see why.  Service is friendly and down-to-earth. Staff seem to recognize regulars and move orders along relatively quickly even when it’s busy. The vibe isn’t fancy; this is breakfast comfort food with a genuine small business feel. My wife and I have been living in jefferson for 10 years now and I can't believe we never knew about this place until recently! First off I must say, we've driven by here hundreds of times and never knew it was even here since it is in a tiny little corner inside of a gas station. One would probably not think anything of it but let me tell you, this place is an absolute hidden gem! My wife and I decided to get the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. To my surprise, our biscuits were made lightning fast and handed to us in under 60 seconds. When we opened the wrapper, we were astonished to see that the biscuits were absolutely massive! Amazing home made country biscuit better than Grandma's. Not a run in and out place, but worth the slight wait.

Yum, Yum, Yum! Best biscuits out there! May favorite is the butter brown sugar. My partner loves the tenderloin biscuit. Be careful when ordering, you can't just order 1. They are too delicious just to have 1! Also, they love the puppies and the puppies love them when bacon is shared in the drive-thru. Best to order ahead too but still worth the long wait if you don't.

We love this place for breakfast biscuits when we venture over. The lady working the window is such a nice human. Its refreshing to get a home styled biscuit locally from a locally owned place. Thank you all for the smiles and the good breakfast 💓
