Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

No dining room and tge wings were so old or rotten I was scared to eat them because I didn't want to risk getting sick. Tough, crunchy throughout, and brown on the inside. $16 down the drain.

Look at the volume of 1 star reviews. This should be a wakeup call to corporate. Don't keep suggesting as a response that customers contact customer service. Put someone in a car and send them to this location. This is the first time ever I went to Zaxbys without a dining area. Walked to the window and they didn't bother to come and take an order. This isn't a one day problem it has been going on for months

The manager at this location went above and beyond to help us. We ended up feeling the need to let him know how appreciative we felt for his professionalism & kindness. Will definitely stop here again.

Hello every time I order from here I always have a poor experience when I put in an order to Uber eats and it gets picked up from this location. I always ordered the loaded fries and it look like they just throw the fries in there. They don’t even care the fries be cold I have burnt bacon. It don’t be fresh at all this location in this specific Zaxby’s is making all of the Zaxby’s corporations look like trash. If I go to any other Zaxby’s, they immediately give me great customer service, and what I ask for when I order, but this is the only one that don’t care and is sad

The guy at the window was awesome. He was friendly, smiling and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer man to do the job. I didn’t have to wait long at all for my food and it was hot and delicious!!!
