Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Mr Jimmy Maupin needs to manage his location. 15 min wait in line with 3 people in front. They messed up the people in fronts order and I had to ask for a cup that i paod for and it was not the large I paid for. I said dine in, they threw it in a bag. The strips were the sizr of a nugget. No Ice for the soda. I guess the owner will milk it until the only customers they get are travellers.

The lobby is nice. Plenty of booth seating. I like that the lights aren't overly bright and it has a calm atmosphere. The employees aren't always the quickest, but they get the orders correct 8/10 times so that's much better than some places. However I couldn't give this restaurant a 5 star due to the fact that I waited for an employee to give me an order that was sitting (ready) on the counter for 10 minutes.

Dude. When they give you options for ice in your drink its for a reason. I asked light ice and my cup was stacked. 4 sips and drink was gone. Too much salt on the fries, my kidneys leave this review. Do better.

Annette was awesome , but the young man who wants to.call me a liar needs to grow up. It does not specify which blue salad is to Buffalo sauce. I wanted grilled. He wanted to argue with . Me. I will not be back

Bad costumer service had to get a refund and food never cooked all the way frize what so soggy and falling apart and wings was under cook and they had us pull up to weigh on 2 milkshakes, and they had it sitting there for 25 minutes, and they forgot about it. So I called while I was out in the parking lot and they said they just put the milkshake stuff in the milkshake machine, so I said, forget about it. So I left it and opened up my food. And took one bite and the fries was so soggy. It still tastes like freezer.And then all my food was undercooked the wings so I ended up getting my money back.They need to redo all employees and have grown ups work and not kids because every time I come to this zaxby's, they always forget something or the food's always undercooked, they need to have a w
