A New Neighborhood Gem: 5 Stars! If you’re looking for authentic flavors that pack a punch, look no further. I recently visited Taqueria Tikal and was absolutely blown away. From the vibrant atmosphere to the incredible service, this place is a total winner. Here is the breakdown of the feast: * The Pozole: The broth was rich, deeply seasoned, and had that perfect balance of spice and comfort. You can tell they take their time with the slow-cooked hominy. * (Chicken & Carne Asada): The chicken taco was juicy and well-marinated—not dry at all! The carne asada was tender and smoky. Topped with the traditional crunch of fresh cilantro and onion. * The Extras: Do not skip the pickled onions on the side. Food was amazing. I have the chicken burrito and my wife had the steak taco 🌮 🤤. Absolutely no complaints. We will definitely be back.

This place was awesome, everything we had was delicious and made from scratch. Me and my boyfriend will definitely be going back and probably adding Tikal to our weekly rotation!
