Zapata's Mexican Restaurant & Cantina

If this was closer to home it would be our go to mexican restaurant. But 4 hours is a long drive. This place was phenomenal. Food was delicious and the service was awesome. Waitress was very friendly. Also the drinks were on point.

First time here and I loved it. Morgan was our server and she really was one of the best servers I've met in my travels. I ordered the shrimp nachos (being pescatarian) and they were great. I wondered about the vegetation on the nachos but it absolutely worked for me. Highly recommend this place!

It was a fun experience the servous was a little slow but it was because the poor waitress was trying to balance two huge party's at one time by herself. The food was fantastic and everything's was very neat I love it their ❤️

Spacious, inviting and clean. Food was good and was delivered quickly. Pleasant patio!

We went for the lunch buffet, which was a really good deal. In queso alone, it was a good deal. Most places charge about $5.00 for the bowl you had unlimited access to at the buffet. If you eat 3 tacos, a bowl of queso ,and the dessert, that alone makes it a good deal. Especially when you get to make everything the way you want it. They have a variety of meats, hard or soft taco, nachos, sauces and toppings. I thought the chicken was the best, but the beef was still good. The sour cream is closer to table cream. Good service and nice atmosphere. It was pretty calm and laid back. We enjoyed it. Definitely on the list for lunch buffets. We will come back for sure.
