Culver’s

We’ve been to this location several times while visiting Collinsville. We go to several different Culver’s in St Louis. I’ve found this location to be hit or miss Many misses over the years. Last time we went, we had a great experience. I recognized Tom from working at a difference Culver’s. I’m guessing he is one of the reasons we had much better service and food this time. He seems like a great employee. Nova brought our food out to us, repeated our order back to confirm, and he was really friendly. Glad to see some positive changes!

When adults are away the kids will play. Ordered two shakes for mobile pick up and waited 25 minutes for them. Apparently they had been done but the high school kids working were too busy playing in the front to bring them out. Would have waited much longer had we not pulled through the drive through. Everything was behind because they were all too busy playing around. There’s a time and a place work isn’t it. Shakes were pretty good though 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm a foreigner and this is how I have always I imagined great fast food. The burgers and cheese curds were fresh and delicious, I was not asked/forced to leave a tip, and the food was even brought to our table. So far, it has also been the only fast food store that I visited that was actually packed with people, which is not a surprise, considering just how good the food is.

Service was amazing and truly hard to find now days. Good evening crew. We were greeted and an employee held the door open for us. Witness an employee being helpful/kind to an elderly table.Then when we were leaving they all wished us a good night. Very nice after working a 12 hour shift ☺️

The food is delicious! The staff was friendly! I would recommend this place. Thanks, Mike and Trevor!
