Zao Asian Cafe

I have always experienced amazing customer service at this restaurant but this location in particular is just excellent. I ordered a soup to go & made a unique customization. When I arrived to pick it up I was greeted by a very nice employee named Marcos. He explained to me that they don’t carry that customization anymore & asked me how I would like to move forward with my order. “We wanted to wait until you got here so that you can get what you want.” & then he walked me though the other options, made suggestions to get me a similar result, gave me a sample of what I was getting to make sure I liked it, & top of that he gave me a free drink for the inconvenience. It really was a stellar experience & I never forget service & kindness like that. Thank you Marcos!

Really wanted some udon noodles. This place had them and they were good with very fine options in meats and sauces to go along with them. Just so much more onion cooked with the noodles than I prefer. I know, it's not fair to cause them to lose a star for my personal preferences. It was still very good, and 4 stars is truly very good. And isn't that the whole point? I get to decide? Maybe have an onion free option for the noodles next time...

We have been going to Zao since it has opened and have always had good experiences each time. The food is always fresh and warm. The chips and guacamole are amazing, especially the guac!!! Restaurant is always clean. Everyone working there seems happy to help you out. We really enjoy tacos at lunch here. (Chicken tacos are my favorite. My husband always gets one of each type of meat)

I enjoyed a delightful dinner at Zao Asian Cafe last night. Having previously tried their food at a work function, I was impressed once again. The fantastic food, particularly the corn, left me satisfied. Generous portions, reasonable prices, a clean environment, easy parking, and friendly staff contributed to a wonderful overall experience. I look forward to returning soon.

Delicious and fresh every time! I love Asian Zao in Lehi, the food is always flavorful and made with care. My favorite is the wrap, it’s perfectly balanced with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of sauce. The staff are friendly, the portions are generous, and everything tastes super clean and satisfying. It’s my go-to spot for a quick, healthy, and tasty meal!
