The drive through is insanely slow. Every time I come through the drive through it’s as if they are milking the cow and hand making each batch of ice cream. If there’s cars in front of you, you might as well cancel all your plans for the night because sitting in line is your new plan. Good ice cream though

New in Lehi/Saratoga Springs area, and absolutely charming. The shop boats cute modern decor inside, but it's the ice cream that's the star here, of course. We tried the bear lake raspberry and sour cream lemon, and both were incredibly delicious. The texture of ice cream is delicate, with minimal "thickener" feel. One can also purchase ice cream in pints to go.

Horrible service. We asked questions and were told “I don’t know” multiple times. Serving sizes were too small. When i got my ice cream they handed it to me and said “I broke your cone but it’s ok”. What?! Who hands someone a broken cone and doesn’t just remake it? Bunch of teenagers that really didn’t care to give people a good experience. Going to Handel’s and I suggest you do too.

The employees are so friendly and nice! I have an allergy concern and they immediately offered to sanitize the scoop just to make sure to avoid cross contamination. I've been to places that do it grudgingly, but they were so happy to do it for me and didn't make me feel like a pain for asking. The ice cream is creamy and delicious and the place is clean and super cute! The original Snelgroves closed long before my time and I'm so excited to have a chance to try this classic. The ice cream tastes like it's made with cream not just the skim milk solids you see in cheap brands and it feels luxurious for a decent price. I was suspicious because of the amount of five star reviews on here when they're still in their soft opening stage, but now I get it and they deserve every one.
