Honest and fair business owner. Good quality of hard-to-find fish. Can’t beat the price. If you’re in no rush and flexible with delivery schedule, they’re are the place to go. I definitely come back once finishing my 56lbs of fishes.
I placed a order this morning at 745 and realized I used the wrong shipping address. I texted Zakaz and before 0800 , the address was updated. Really fast and quick customer service, I was skeptic about their 24 hours but it is true! They also have a good catalog of seafood and gourmet items!
I have placed an order for $90. I was charged immediately. I have received order confirmation. No order was delivered 20 days later. I have emailed and left messages - no response. Will need to get my money back through the credit card. Horrible business!
Cake was delivered spoiled. I contacted them immediately and they did not return calls or emails. Upon further review, I found tons of reviews on this place, quoting garbage management, garbage service, and quality of food disgusting!! Take your money elsewhere!!
Nice selection, can't beat the savings. Wish they could deliver more often! Overall, definitely happy with Zakaz.
