Yummy Hibachi Express

Food was made with great ingredients, and quality. Manhattan roll and the veggie noodle were delicious. Great little spot.

We randomly happened upon this gem as we were passing through town. We were so pleased with the incredibly delicious food but the employees (guessing maybe owners) were so very sweet and even made my dish gluten free. We were so pleased and wish we had another chance to enjoy another meal. We both ordered the chicken and shrimp and were thrilled with our choice. Also the sauce you top the dish with was incredible!

So this review is being written during the Harry Potter Festival, so take it as you want it, but this food truck should have been prepared. The wait time even when I ordered online was abysmal. They had items online that they ran out of an hour previously. They kept telling people inconsistent wait times, and left people waiting in line forever. When I did get my food I did not get any vegetables which I paid for, and the food tasted off. It didn’t taste like quality, and the steak was chewy. As stated earlier, everyone was told how many people were coming to the festival, so not being prepared is not an excuse for bad service. Hopefully they learn their lesson from this and get better.

2nd time ordering from here this time i tried the sushi and crab rangoon with chicken and shrimp hibachi... soooo good. I'm sick and was concerned the grease would make me nauseous but it tastes fresh and no nausea

We ordered Rangoon, Chicken Katsu and a DC roll. Everything was good the staff were friendly and kind. Give them a try if you are near the park. They are parked across from the Art Hive and have a good amount of parking.
