Yume Wo Karate completely blew me away. The ramen was hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. The pork was unbelievably tender and flavorful, the noodles were cooked perfectly with just the right bite, and the broth was rich, deep, and absolutely incredible. You can tell so much care goes into every bowl. The service was phenomenal. Everyone was welcoming and genuinely passionate about what they do. You could feel the pride behind the food and the experience, and it made our first visit even more special. I even asked for an extra portion, and they absolutely delivered. The amount of food was generous and more than worth it. I left completely satisfied and already planning my next visit. Such an amazing first experience. Highly recommend to anyone who loves great ramen and even bette
Such a unique dining experience! Everyone who worked there was so kind and friendly and I would definitely recommend stopping by. There’s vegan ramen (great for vegetarians too), the broth has a rich umami flavor and comes with garlic, pickled ginger, bean spouts, veggie dumplings, cabbage, and delicious noodles. It was a wonderful experience all around, 100% worth the wait!
Came here last Saturday after hearing reviews about this being one of the best ramen spots in the Boston area and it did not disappoint in the slightest! We waited outside roughly 30 minutes with 12 people in front of us. The waiter explains the restaurant concept and the seating/order arrangement before you are seated. You can opt out of sharing your dreams if you are not comfortable doing so. Both my boyfriend and I got the 5-piece bowl. The pork cuts were so juicy and melted in your mouth, the soy broth was incredibly rich and the noodles, clearly handmade, were springy and chewy. We both got garlic: if you're not a big fan of garlic I would opt out of getting it as a topping, but as someone who loves garlic, it was a delicious addition! I wish I lived closer than two hours away, I w
Fun, unique food experience for a very reasonable price. Service is fantastic and overall I enjoyed it and would recommend a visit. However, I found their broth unbearably salty. I had the vegan ramen and while it was generously served and topped with tasty things, I really struggled with the saltiness. My companion had the non vegan one and apparently that was even worse.
This shop reminds me of the time I lived and studied in Japan for more than 2 years for my MSc in Civil Engineering. With its Japanese noodle styles, broth soup, thick noodles, and bean sprouts and cabbage, it's so yummy and delicious, and it brings back memories! Love it!
