Yowza Burgers

We were awesomely surprised at how delicious yowza was! They have a great happy hour from 2-5 everyday, but the empanadas are the real star! The jalapeno burger and Cajun curly fries were amazing, highly recommend checking out the best restaurant in Martinez!

Dropped by for lunch at ~2pm. Tried the Yowza burger with sweet potato fries... good quality for the price. Happy Hour 2-5 pm everyday as well, and good price deals there. Limited # of indoor tables here but for a small party it's a great new place on Main St to grab a bite. Friendly servers too...and I can appreciate the Banksy-style artwork on the walls.

My wife and I took our 10mo son to try Yowza Burger for the first time on a Sunday evening. At this time it’s been open about two weeks and it wasn’t too busy at around 630pm. We tried the classic burger, Cajun curly fries, wedge salad, empanada, and an Oreo Milkshake Being as it is the same owner or owners as Mona’s the food tastes and is the same I suspect. We will definitely be coming back, service was great and location is convenient being in Martinez with limited options. Empanadas could be heated up a bit longer and the Cajun seasoning of the curly fries is a bit too salty for our liking but these are things that can be tailored in quickly Grabbed an Oreo milkshake to go and it was very good. Overall I think this will be a great addition to Martinez.

Cozy place, great and quick service, and delicious food! We love the side and fries options.

Cozy little place, nice people. I ordered the French Dip Burger to go. Sadly it came with about a shot glass full of au jus. Obviously not nearly enough. The burger was quite good without it though and I'll likely be back soon to try other offerings.
