Yotality Frozen Yogurt

I took my 13 year old daughter and three of her friends there this afternoon. The young boy at the register was obviously new. Probably his first job, ever. While we were there eating their yogurt, two larger older boys (also employees) came in from Favo Pizza on the other side of the building. They began aggressively, bossing around the kid behind the counter. They made several inappropriate comments to him, which were overheard by my 13 year-old daughter and her friends. They intimidated and perversely bullied the kid. One of the older boys then repeatedly used his bare hand to reach into the containers on the toppings counter and pop them into his mouth. Yogurt itself and topping were okay but while me and some friends were there we noticed there was a new employee. Who I would assume to be the manager “Sebastian” was very rude to this new employee right in front of customers and you could see the new employee was getting irritated with the way he was being spoken to. Felt bad for the kid

Walked in and walked out. We entered through a side door and immediately felt awkward. As it was where restaurant items were stored and we weren’t sure if we entered to correct door. When we entered the actual yogurt “shop” there was no one there, not a customer or employee in sight. The “shop” itself felt very industrial, not welcoming. We weren’t really sure if they were open. It’s connected to the pizza place next door and we didn’t know what to do. So we left and drove to Williamsville to get our fro yo fix.

Me and my girlfriend frequently come to Yotality and it’s a decent place but today when we came in, an employee was scolding the employee at the counter infront of a room full of customers. In my opinion nagging and raising your voice multiple times at your piers in a customer filled room is highly unprofessional. Later learned the the employee doing the scolding is named Sebastian. Aka “sea bass”

The younger girl that works there was kinda rude and gave a dirty look to us the whole time maybe she was just having a bad day but the other reviews kinda show that it’s normal if it’s the same girl, It didn’t seem like any of the toppings were even chilled on top of that with the store being pretty warm. Most of the frozen yogurt was liquidy. I don’t think i’ll be coming back to this location… i’ll stick with the Williamsville location from now on. Had higher hopes for this spot..
