I love this chain. I have tried most locations. This location has a very attentive staff the service is great. The food was lacking. The teriyaki sauce had a weird taste and the chicken tasted old not freshly made. The veggies were perfect.

This spot is cool but its a very dead spot not much of a crowed. Its a big establishment but no foot traffic very boring spot and to expensive for hookah an snacks.

This is the best low cost big portion Japanese food you can get. Get the plate for best bang for the buck. The double meat option is not double at all. Just a side of veggies for extra $1 or so. Love the cheese cake, flam and cookies dessert. Love to add more spice to my plate. More Sriracha and peppers powder. 1 bad thing is the new dumpling, they have no idea how to reheat it properly, very oily and smell like oil. The sauce come with is black vinegar. I got to give this side to Wabash grill. They did way better job at it. Plus they got a very good sauce for it.

Decent amount of parking. Food came out fast and Qwuice (not sure I’m spelling his name correct) was very nice and patient. Didn’t make us feel rushed. Very friendly to my kids also and super polite. Food was very good and good quality. Over all great experience.

This was one of the worst customer service that I have experienced in this facility. I am a regular customer at different yoshinoya restaurants when i may my order. I asked the cashier if I could have an extra teriyaki sauce for my order. He immediately asked for me to pay for it. I said, "Okay, that was fine. Once we got our order, which was at 9:20 PM. He immediately asked for us to take the food to go that the store was already closing and that he needed to begin cleaning the facility. When the store schedule says that, it closes at 10 PM. Once I got to my place, I opened up my meal. Notice that the portion of chicken was very small, and the portion of the beef asked you to see in the picture very back service. Add this Ontario location. i will nah v returning all. Recommend this loca
