Wow! What an experience. Alley welcomed me into her world with amazing flavor and love like I was home. I had the curry goat and fresh roti. Full portion and worth every penny.

Ms. Alley’s cooking reminds me of that old saying, “So good it will make you wanna slap someone”, lol. Her oxtails, rice & beans, and plantain are worth every penny!!! Portions, appearance and quality of her food are very good, and the taste is superb! You will not be disappointed. Alley’s Cuisine has earned a new customer in myself and both of my sons who insisted they wanted fast food until they tasted what I ordered. I allowed them both to taste a little of my food, but had they asked for more, “slap”… Thank you Ms. Alley, you’re a very kind and sweet person with a special talent for cooking! We will be back. Having been raised in a Jamaican household and with exposure to a tight circle of friends & family from across the Caribbean (mostly Barbados & Trinidad), I can legitimately attest to the goodness and authenticity of Ally’s cuisine! The magnificent range of indulgences I’ve enjoyed include rotis (chicken, goat, chana, or just the skins to make my own!) and various rice plates (including pelau!) - and OmG her fish cakes are true to my childhood memory that ‘Trini’s’ make them BEST 😮‍💨… and did I mention her homemade juices - sorrel or mauby? 🏆 The 1-hour drive from home (Temecula) to Ally’s place has NEVER been in vain - and the food always survives the long drive back since it’s strictly takeout. Seriously, the food quality & flavors are indisputable, as is the size of Ally’s heart ❤️

All of the food we got here was great but above the food was the genuine hospitality of the people there. They make u feel at home and the food has that homemade warmth where u cant get from bigger places. Our main dish was the oxtail plate and there is so much food in there it is definitely worth ur buck and I got a bottle of sorrel that was super sweet and refreshing. Overall great experience and great food. Make sure u order ahead bc she makes it fresh and says on the phone to give her about 30 minutes. WORTH THE WAIT.

Curry chicken is Amazing, rice and peas best in California. She has Roti! She is a nice woman you can tell she puts her heart into this cooking and this is real authentic trini food. I appreciate the service and how she caters to her customers I am currently sick and if this was the last meal I can have I would be happy with that. I will definitely be a returning customer I’m so thankful for her business as there is no place like this in California. Thank you Alley!
