Yorktown Library

Beautiful library with a decent selection. The facility was clean and very welcoming.

Large airy space. Recently renovated. Separate kids are a with toys. Small rooms available for meetings.

Amazing library with a childrens play area and another large play area that has pretend kitchen play and lots of space. This area is cut off from adults and teen area assuring a quiet space for people seeking to work without kids near. It's a very large place with new up to date architecture and clean bathrooms. They offer a large selection of books and a mini museum display. I'd recommend it.

Love the children’s room here! The colorful and comfortable space, the educational toys, the big windows letting lots of light in! But especially the staff! They’re always so friendly and helpful! We look forward to going here every week. The rest of the library is also very nice, although we haven’t spent much time in it. My one BIG wish is that there was a shaded outdoor space with some benches, a garden, and a natural playscape!

The renovations are nice and modern but leave the place feeling empty and soulless. The shelves are short enough to see over and the lights are very bright white tones. I don't feel as if I can go to a corner and cozy up with a good book. This is not a place I want to linger in
