What can I say about my favorite restaurant? I don't think I can say much without almost crying We adore Yono's. We make reservations for very special occasions. Anniversaries or Valentine's Day. (Book a few months in advance for Valentine's Day and request a corner booth) It takes about 3 hours and $400 for two people to get the 8 course tasting menu with wine pairings. If you are okay with spending more than that, give her a ring 😉. She'll never forget it 👩🍳💍🥂 You can also order of the Grand Prix menu for smaller appetites (and wallets)
Tried their tasting menu. Pretty unacceptable for fine dining. Food too salty. Service extremely slow. The technicality was also subpar. Feels like we've been eating different foods than everyone else in the reviews. In fact, the plating does look a lot worse for us than others in the reviews.
‘Don’t worry, it’s almost over’. That’s literally what a server said to us about our experience there. We went on NYE and it was the worst experience eating out of my life. We waited for almost an hour to get seated, even though we had a reservation. The menu was meh at best. The main course was hard to eat. We left before the dessert came because the hours we spent there waiting for the courses to come were just not worth it. They barely offered bread and water in the meantime. Honestly, there was nothing about fine dining. A food truck would have provided a better experience. I do not recommend this place. The guests we saw leaving the place were also looking pretty worn down. A server mentioned that the main chef left the restaurant this year, so maybe that’s why it used to be good but
My husband and I had a wonderful meal here. As always, you are treated like royalty in their opulent dining room. Our appetizers of Bahkmi noodles and ricotta gnocchi were delicious, as were our entrées of duck and scallops. And bonus: Best gluten-free rolls I've ever had anywhere! 💫🤸💫 The service was extremely attentive and this place does food as well as they do hospitality, Yono's GETS it! 💜
We have been here many times and we're very disappointed in the quality of the food. Many items we look forward to were not available. Some food was served cold and the flavor, quality and texture was well below our previous experience and expectation. One of our party had the pairing menu, not one time was there a description of the wine or an explanation of the rational for the pairing provided.
