Yama Fuji Asian Cuisine

When I go to buy sushi I want as much raw fish as I can get for the price, and in that metric this place blows every other place out of the water. The miso was mid, and the fish wasn't the best I've ever had, but I spent 7$ for a roll with a ton of fish good luck finding that anywhere else so I'll be back again and again

At first my friend and I liked the place, the menu has a variety of dishes, and I was exited to try their boba! But unfortunately our waitress couldn’t pass the message about product substitution to the kitchen. That was alright and after we asked her to fix it she did by bringing the missing ingredient. I loved the wonton soup, crab ragoons were also delicious! At the end of our meal we saw an undefined $10 position… picture attached.. also wondered what is that for, she said “oh I’m sorry that happens sometimes” please fix your register so THAT doesn’t happen again.

Familiar Japanese cuisine right off RTE 9. Picked up the Chicken Yaki Udon & Tiger Roll for takeout. Yaki Udon had good portions, but flavor was somewhat bland (and color was quite pale). Tiger Roll was a step up, good fish & familiar flavors at expected portions. Solid option for Japanese food cravings at this price point, particularly sushi, although nothing stellar.

Thai iced tea made with condensed milk and not half and half. Under $5. Nuff said

O.M.G So we saw this little sushi place on the side of the road and decided to give it a try. We ordered a Yama Fuji Roll for takeout. The sushi was done in literally 5 minutes which is so much faster than most other sushi restaurants and it tasted amazing!!!! I think it had 8 or 9 rolls inside the box and it was $15. That taste was so good! The tempura was really crunchy, the mango didn’t overpower, the avocado was just 🤤 it was great on all aspects!! It also had crabmeat inside which for the price, is a pretty sweet deal. Overall, this is a must visit! Nice prices, fast service, and great food! Will come next time
